It's puzzling. Item showed to be in Eugene, OR. I only buy items that are in the U.S. The Tracking Info showed the item was not moving along in the Postal System. Over a week later, it arrived in a Amazon Prime envelope. The Return Address and Postmark were Dallas, TX--only 45 minutes away from me. The store owner shows to be not even in the United States. It's all puzzling.
