    Everything as advertised. Fair price, good communication and fast delivery. I purchased a 12 bottle display box of liquid plastic cement. The bottles are glass. The display box is made of thin cardboard. My only suggestion is that they should have used bubble wrap to pack around the display box to prevent the glass bottles from breaking the display box. Thankfully, none of the glass bottles broke.

    A question asked in feedback is "did your item arrive on time" I have no idea since there was no tracking. It was stressful for me not knowing when my order would arrive. I messaged the seller twice only heard back on the first message. I don't think I'll shop this seller again. As for the item I purchased it's of good quality, good condition and appearance is good. I'm not sure it was a good value since I worried and wondered where my order was. No tracking makes it difficult on customers

    Moderately high price but uncomfortable

    I replaced a $59 Staples chair and this new one is less comfortable. The seat cushion is not good and the armrests are too hard and shaped wrong. With all the adjustments I thought it would be a good chair but it is not something you want to sit in for a long time.

    Sturdy and Highly Customizable.

    Only thing I would have like is a higher back so I could rest my head, the ability to recline easier, and more adjustable arm rests. Other than that, the build quality seems to be really high and overall the chair is very solid and sturdy.
