    Not worth the headaches .... be smart and buy locally !!!

    Printer itself is OK once you get it set up which isn't easy. You will have to physically connect it with an Ethernet cable to a wireless router before it becomes wireless. You will have to purchase a program called Presto Page Manager ($100.00) to use the scan function since this unit evidently is not compatible with Microsoft Windows, and for gods sake do not call RICOH tech support. They were no help to me and had to send a technician to my home (this unit is for a home small business) which the technician to the better part of a day to figure that I needed an Ethernet cable to become wireless and did not figure out the scan function I figured this out on my own, and yet RICOH sent me a bill for $131.00 for the visit that was never explained to me that I would have to pay to set up ...

    Excellent printer and scanner

    The printer arrived as promised and is fantastic. The color and black and white print is excellent. We are so pleased with this product.

    Great value perfect for small office.

    Easy set up a lot of good features , could use a better display screen. Also wish could have more settings via software, but for everyday printing and scanning its great. I don't use the fax function.
