Small issue with shipping on some handlebars I ordered. Send It Bikes customer service was super responsive and made it right. Received wheel as described. Wheel was repackaged for shipping but not packaged very well. The protective cover was bunched up in bottom of box. No bubble wrap or any paper inside. Was just loose wheel inside box. Would have been better if packaged to prevent damage. Shippers don’t care about damage. Items need to be packaged with this in mind. Fortunately the wheel arrived without issue. Recommend seller. Just do better with your packaging.
