- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseVery expensive model arrived broken, as the item had not been repacked correctly after the photos taken (the packaging is designed to support it when correctly orientated in the polystyrene base). Notified seller of the issue, they immeadiately suggested a 35% refund, which I accepted and was reasonable. I didn't want return as I paid the huge import charges. Despite emailing every few days, I did NOT get the refund promised. Seller cannot be trusted - marked as avoid in future. Untrustworthy.

They even sent a photo of the packaging. Normally I don't like ordering anything that requires international shipping, but used FedEx. For those that don't know that works much better since the package stays with FedEx the whole way and doesn't get handed off to the USPS. What a good experience. I will keep them on my preferred seller list.
