I cannot commend these people enough. The package arrived timely. It was a 25L bicycle saddle bag. The zipper broke on it right away. I told the buyer about the issue. After a couple messages, they refunded the full amount of the purchase. I regret that I cannot thank them enough for their faithfulness to back up the quality of their product, with little to base their judgement upon, besides my word and a photo that the bag would not work for me because of the busted zipper that I did not like.
