No more getting up at night to pee!
This stuff is the greatest! After taking for about 2 weeks I noticed I was no longer waking up in the middle of the night to go pee. I haven't stopped taking it since I found it worked so well. Those high priced drugs made to help stop your bladder from frequently going are made from pumpkin seed oil. It's cheaper. It works and no side afects. What's not to love

Concerning BPH: I've taken saw palmetto and pygeum supplements for over a year with no real change in the frequency of my night time visits to the head. Looking for natural options, I found reports of studies saying there might be some beneficial effect to using pumpkin seed oil (PSO). Either way, the study noted it did no harm. Normally, I don't believe in so-called 'miracle cures' or 'solutions the medical community does not want you to know about.'So... After about 3 weeks taking PSO, my visits to the bathroom at night have dropped by 1 or 2 times. This could be due to a number of factors unrelated to the subject at hand. Then again, it might be helping and may be worth a try.
