This item is great - It's the seller that is the problem. .Seller misrepresented the item. The description and photo show a NEW factory sealed item. However, the item arrived without factory sealed package in a zip lock bag.
Item was not even shipped within 5 days. I received after 11 days of purchase. USPS Media? This item is NOT media!
