The honey arrived and the honey had turned into 80% sugar I
gave a notice to this supplier and the notice has gone unanswered to resolve my concerns or even work out some sort of refund . The taste is more of buttery, sweet honey, more so than I like. No that’s not the concern. It’s clumped up so much
It’s not like you can easily use as ingredients shipping was good. The packaging was good so good luck.

I am sorry but we never got your email. we answer all emails. Yes, some honey shipped especially when its cold can crystalize. Real honey does that. simply place in warm water overnight and its back to liquid self. Without any damage to the good parts of the honey. just dont exceed 110F. PS........... we would have replaced the item.
