These JVC headphones come in an olive black color with a comfortable in-ear design that helps block noise from the environment. These in-ear headphones are accompanied by three matching silicone ear pieces in small, medium, and large sizes that provide a customized fitting, depending on the user's preference and comfort level. The JVC Gumy PLUS HA-FX5 has a slim gold plated plug that is compatible with iPhones and iPods. Furthermore, these in-ear headphones have two 11-mm (0.43-inch) drivers with neodymium magnets in order to deliver maximum bass and crisp sound. The matching cord of these JVC headphones is 3.3 feet long in length. In addition, the JVC Gumy PLUS HA-FX5 delivers a frequency response ranging from 10 Hz to 20 kHz, a nominal impedance of 16 Ohms, and a sensitivity level of 103 dB. The JVC Gumy headphones, with its soft rubber body, has a maximum input capability of 200 milliwatts, and it weighs around 0.15 oz (4.1 g).

Had to take away a star because they don't sound that great. Four stars because it's decent for the price. I bought this for the noise cancelling feature and they work very well. I got annoyed of hearing road sounds during car rides and this completely blocks it off, allowing you to better hear your music. The sound quality on the other hand is not the greatest, but it's decent for it's price. Though I've noticed that In-ear earphones generally don't sound as great as earbuds. If you're after sound quality, I wouldn't recommend it, but if you want noise cancelling regardless of sound, then I would say go for it. As for fitting, I find the level of comfort to be okay. Also, I've never used these during exercise so I don't know how well they hold up with constant movement. So far they're working fine and I've stuffed them many times in bags and purses.

They are the only headphones in this style that has the earpieces offset so they sit nicely in my ears. They fit my ears so well that I can lay on my side and they're still pretty comfortable. Sound quality: 4/5 Good. I wouldn't really expect any better sound quality for such inexpensive headphones. I suppose the sound could be better but they sound good to me. Durability: 1/5 Crap. Unfortunately these do not seem to last more than a month or two without one of the ears going dead. Usually the wire gets pulled from the earpiece enough that it goes silent, but I can push the wires back to make it work. It's pointless to try using them ... Comfort: 5/5 Best I've ever found. These fit great, hold themselves in my ears without going in too far. I'm not sure if my ears are bigger or smaller than average, but Apple pods/buds fall off right away, other sound isolating buds have to be inserted too far to be comfortable (or healthy).
