    Item was sent with insufficient postage according to the Saint Paul Post Office hub. I was charged $15.23 to cover the postage. The seller sent the item, golf club, as Media Material. The Saint Paul Post Office opened it and saw it was a golf club and added the $15.23. I was charged $15 on my order for shipping. I should be reimbursed $15.23 for the postage. I sent an email, with pictures to the seller, but no response. The seller only paid $4.67 for shipping it incorrectly and not the $15.
