The hoist arrived damaged. It appears this happened at the factory and not the sellers fault. I say this as there were plastic pieces that should have been found inside the electric box, and they were not there. This seller gave me a partial refund for my time to mix epoxy and repair the damage plastic housing for the electrical connections. The seller also shipped the item using FedEx, which was fast delivery. I have it repaired and it's working as it should. This is a good seller.
