My pull out camping shade came missing all the hardware... Seller Has a silly procedure They have to go through when it comes to something like this... Not until I was ready to box it up and send it back to them Then they agreed $50 credit back for missing hardware.... I'm not blaming this customer personally. They did not package it themselves but it was just a situation... Leaving neutral then negative. Package came in good condition on time. However, communication was pretty poor.

Arrived as estimated, as described/shown & fit Outback just like it was made for it😊. Took about 3 1/2 minutes to put it on, light wind was a bit helpful. With the elastic front & rear it tucked right under. Did not connect any of the straps as wind was forecast to be calm. I'm sure they will be needed if windy. GR8 seller to deal/communicate with, 5*+++++. Prompt positive feedback was/is much appreciated!
