Now we know who John Galt is.

This only got 4 stars because it just seemed a little "sappy". It felt like it was over-acted in an effort to wrap it up and close the "Atlas Shrugged" circle. Still it was interesting and followed the original theme well. I DO wish they hadn't changed the actors in every movie.

  • Top critical review

    Disappointed

I truly expected the same style and engaging performance and story line as in the last two but was completely disappointed within the first 10 minutes of the film. If I had to see Daphne be carried one more time like in all my mothers old soap operas I was going to bail on the film. With all the money and exposure that was well earned from the previous episodes you would have thought that some care and realistic writing would have played a part

  • Thought provoking AND entertaining

I enjoyed all three of the Atlas Shrugged installments based on Ayn Rand's book by the same name. As much as I liked the actor portraying John Galt, I preferred the original Dagny, Hank and Francisco. Fortunately, Rand's message was untainted.

  • "THE LAST CURTAIN FALLS"............

This 'concluded' the saga BUT.......... A.] Was a low-budget production with lack-luster production values across the board. B.] Had a less than engaging story line - with dialogue which fell short of the quality standard established in first two parts of this interesting series. C.] Featured actors who lacked the professional gravitas of the original cast! Save your money............ Mr Starr Cavins

  • Great conclusion to the series

Great conclusion to the series. I wish they could have kept the same actors throughout the series but they do a good job of introducing the new faces for the characters. The third movie seemed to rush through some of the important parts by using a voice-over narration. The book is far better, in my opinion. There are a lot of details from the book that were not included in the movies, but the movies do a good job of getting the message of the book on to the screen. Definitely worth watching.
