The filter arrived quickly. The item was as described but as the problem didn't prove to be related to noise at the power input of my Ampero One, I can't say how effective filter this is for what it's intended for.
I did check input and output for connectivity with a DVM and can confirm the grounds are not connected (thus it is properly isolated so breaks ground loops).
I eventually put the filter on my looper pedal just in case with no adverse effects but this didn't have a problem anyway.
