    Ease to use, almost plug and play

    Well, as a gadget to clean the floor it is useful. This particular model is very easy to use, it is a little difficult to connect via BT but once is done, works great. I also prefer use the remote control instead of my phone, buy my kids love to use the phone to control it.

    Gets stuck and doesn't last. SHAME ON HOOVER

    Stay away from the Hoover robot vacuums. Get a Roomba instead, this product fails after only months of use *won't charge, etc* and even after rebuilding the battery pack it's not worth it anyway as this device gets stuck on literally everything where as the roomba is 5 years old and still going strong on a new battery and doesn't get stuck constantly. Hoover also will NOT support your product and that says it all for me. Never another Hoover product again because of this for me! A complete waste of my time and money.

    Good little machine

    After one use it sems to do a pretty good job. It only got stuck in a couple of areas it couldn't get out of but after moving obsticles it performed well. I had to empty the basket a couple of times (to be expected) and remove some of our dogs hair from the roller when emptying basket. Worth the price i paid for ti.

    Does a great job on hardwood floors

    Does a great job on hardwood floors, but gets stuck on the edges of area rugs. I have to take up the areas rugs to vacuum. Needs a little more power to climb the area rugs. Works well vacuuming under the beds.

    Hoover Quest Robotic Vacuum

    Takes a little tweaking to get the app to run on your phone, otherwise does a great job. The anti fall down the stairs feature works great. For the price a neat little vacuum for daily floor cleaning.
