Received item with obvious damage that was not in picture or description and not done during shipping, sent seller a picture of damage and asked for a partial refund as it was a hard to find item I still wanted to keep but didn't want to pay full price for with the damage. After three days seller asked me if I was sure the damage wasn't stitching. I stated it was obviously damage and five days later still no response.
