BAD Experience all the way! I was sent a ring with clear glass, not a "real" Fire Opal as shown on the listing. I had to go through a "ritual" so to speak just trying to return the thing and receive a refund. I know and advise others who prefer to use common-sense, to GO ELSEWHERE. I for one, won't waste time on this seller or their listings. The seller could have resolved this without any hassel and would have received at least a "neutral feedback". I had to dispute with CC Company for refund.
