Lots of communication, all contradictory. I was told my address was not recognized by the logistics co and provided an alt. I received tracking info with my original address. I was told the package was delayed, but the tracking info did not reflect that. I received a photo confirmation of on time delivery, but it was not my house. I provided photos as proof and kept being told that it was delivered. I was offered option of replacement or refund, selected replacement, but got refund. Frustrating!
