I find this item beneficial for practice because it eliminates the need to reset with every dry fire, making it a valuable tool. It serves more effectively as a conditioning tool for the shoulders, arms, and fingers. The primary drawback, however, is its price—it's quite expensive. Additionally, it doesn't reset the firing pin, so the movement isn't exactly the same as live firing. Despite this, it excels as a conditioning tool.
