the box was damaged and looked as though it had been opened and resealed. the motor end cover was bent into the fan. I contacted the seller and sent them pictures of the damaged. They were responsive and in process of sending new fan and cover. So far the motor works ok so hopefully no permanent damage has been done to the motor shaft.

Item arrived quickly, exactly as advertised, and in perfect condition. I am using honda 13 horse with direct drive so the cart, for me, was too small. That won't be the case in most applications. The price is unbeatable as long as it suits your application. Do yourself a favor and measure twice... order once. This seller DOES accept returns but you pay for return postage (as you should)...
