      Overall, this was a positive experience. I was disappointed that this Santa was not as described (Mint Condition) and their photos did not show the poor condition of excessive dust and mildew (?). BUT, the price was fair for this Santa and they did an excellent job packing and quickly shipping. I appreciate the quick response to my concerns. I declined their offer to accept a return and I took the time to clean the Santa and I can replace his disintegrated wool beard. He will be enjoyed!
