Blown Away! First time buyer and completely satisfied. From unboxing to first use, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. This company nailed the presentation with its unique flair to the packaging and personal messages to the customer. The real star is the controller itself! The build quality is superb. It feels premium and durable in my hands, a noticeable step above the standard DualSense. Buttons feel higher than the standard dualsense and also feels a lot gripper. Both ++++

Quality of the controller is perfect! feels just like an oem controller. Tactical feedback still works and the touch panel works as it should on the full clear controller. I opted for the full face clicky the first time the controller showed up without the buttons but they where so helpful on taking care of the issue for me I sent it back and they returned it super fast will purchase again.

Aesthetically this controller is absolutely beautiful. Everything I could ask for in a co troller. Would be a 5 out of 5 but the Only problem is the touchpad won’t allow you to type at all. There’s a problem w/ it that makes the cursor force itself on the H key
