I appreciate that you upgraded shipping. We plan our service & support around shipping & tracking info we receive from carriers. I know when an item leaves your office it is out of your hands. We will have to take that in account with all future orders where USPS is the default carrier for anything we order, or ship. I appreciate your service, but the shipping left a bad taste in our mouth. As an FYI, USPS has no idea where this package is, I called, and it is costing us money, our problem.
