Avoid! Bought a disc at the posted price. Seller cancelled saying the price was too low. He would relist it and asked me to reorder at a higher price. I notified him that under eBay’s policies he must honor our transaction. He ignored this and sold the item to another buyer. Said I was taking advantage of him, blamed his team for the error. Later he claimed the disc belonged to a third party who cancelled the listing; the disc was not available. But it was relisted and an hour later it was sold.
