The watch was dispatched to the buyer but did not get delivered, we received an “item not delivered” request, and on the same day we issued a full refund but the buyer still left negative feedback, very disappointed, meanwhile, we requested the courier company to investigate this matter but they told us it has most likely been lost in transit and we had to file for compensation.😔
