    Hair scrunchies themselves were as described, but I paid MORE than the original tagged retail price, still attached to the cardboard holder. Seller shipped within 2 days of purchase, but package took 9 days to arrive. USPS shipping speed isn’t Seller’s fault, so I didn’t leave neutral. I probably should have just shopped directly from Claire’s 🤷🏼‍♀️🫤
