    It don’t work the the silver part that ...

    It don’t work the the silver part that is supposed to keep the chocolate warm while the machine is operating doesn’t warm up enough. The chocolate gets thick as it runs, even melting the chocolate on the stove and pouring it in only works for a few minutes.
