    old model, incomplete

    This was an old model. The newer model has features that this model did not have. Plus three items were missing from the purchase including the dirt grip washable pads which I had to buy and spend another $20. Plus the cup to fill the tank was missing as well as a cleaner. I thought I was buying the most recent model with all the equipment.

    Great steam cleaner

    Works quite well but due to the different gray fibers in the mop pad it is a little harder to push. Like the blast of steam. Likely will not use the extra stick that has no steam just spray. Would prefer not to be encouraged to use distilled water. It does clean the floors quite well. The negatives I have listed are very minor.
