I don’t really know what happen but seller do sure it’s 4G and it just doesn’t work with 4G SIM card from my place. And I kinda feel bad giving negative. Wireless providers at my place confirmed it only support with 3G (which is one of them not support 3G and I have to take the laptop to another provider)

The laptop is called Galaxy Book Go 4G LTE so clearly it supports 4G. Location determines signal and bearing in mind this was sent to the USA from the UK that could be one of the issues. Try outdoors, different location etc. Description clearly states no charger supplied and again how can I supply a US charger if bought from the UK. This was an eBay GSP order and at no stage contacted me to discuss. I have done nothing wrong here and have supplied and delivered exactly what was ordered.
