Amazingly good performer!
The unit works very well and apparently was only very slightly used. I am amazed that it played with, surprizingly good video and audio I might add, VHS tapes that were recorded 32 years ago (and have been sitting in storage since then). I bought the unit to convert my old collection of videotapes (containing priceless memories) to modern digital formats. It worked flawlessly, and upheld the excellent reputation of Hitachi electronics.The unit works very well and apparently was only very slightly used.
