Light fixture itself is beautiful. However, the electrician found there was no mounting bracket, canopy or 120” chain (all of which are in every listing online )I have sent 5 messages in 5 days. No response. I contacted the seller before purchasing and he assured me it was just “open box” — in fact, had never been out of the box. — which arrived looking like it had been thru WW 3. Electrician ordered those 3 items that should have been in the box from the lighting company for $108.
