The seller went above and beyond to help me.I ordered 30 handles but only got 19 when I opened the package.the packaging looked like it had ripped that the top but retapped.I messaged the seller about the situation and they sent me the missing pieces without any questions.top seller. Buyer beware. Big hassle. I ordered 3.5” drawer pulls. All of them were 3.75”. I began the return process and was provided an address to return the items to which was complete jibberish, not a legitimate address. Then I looked up the address from the package and it didn’t exist. Contacted the seller to get an address, which they provided. I asked if shipping costs would be reimbursed (as none of this was my fault). They offered 30% refund and I can keep items. I accepted just to be done with it.
