The shelves arrived quite fast! They arrived with the couplers included, unlike some other brands. Also to my surprise, each box included cotton gloves, a small rubber mallet, plastic feet for the shelves along with the necessary hardware. The metal is a bit thinner than the regular metal storage shelves so they don’t hold as much weight, but I was aware of that. Also they were a 3rd of the price which made me wonder, however I’m very pleased with them! (See photos)
