Generally all really good. But the fork/base/electronic unit was defective and had to be shipped to Celestron for repair/replacement. This was speedily done. All works well now. I've used a home-built 6" Newtonian for many years and this was kind of a "let's see how this all works" experiment. I must say that the auto operation is quite impressive. Follow the setup directions and the thing finds objects in its data base amazingly accurately. I mean, you pop in "M81" and there it is. Bang

First thing...the knob that screws on to hold tray does not go all the way up bolt. 2nd thing, getting scope to align. I have spent 3 nights to get it properly aligned with no hope to just entering in a planet to automatically skew to. Amazing to look at moon, Jupiter and Saturn but bought this telescope because it was computerized! Also the keypad holder could have a better design.
