    Poor Quailty, Customer Serivce?

    Media material inside of the convertor has broken loose at less than 6 months/5,000 miles after install causing a terrible noise and poor preformance. The part is branded across many platforms with a 5 year warranty, I have reached out to the company serveral times now to no repsonse at all over some time. Time will tell, hopefully all is well.
