Upon return, seller refused to pay for shipping- not even half of the cost!! Would never buy from this seller again. Horrible customer service. It took days for the seller to even respond back!! Very bad attitude—stay away.

VERY UNPLEASANT buying experience. STRIKE 1: Items were supposed to be new-- One tool showed obvious USE AND MODIFICATION. STRIKE 2: BOTH ENDS of the shipping box were NOT SECURED with tape, so the contents arrived falling out of the box.
STRIKE 3: Tool handles and tips, plus item wrapper arrived DAMAGED due to falling out of the loose box ends. Post delivery, seller contacted me asking for feedback revision. YET MADE NO OFFER TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT! Very selfish person.
