Eagle arrived well packed in a card board box. Very quality craftmanship. Wings insert in the birds body. One wing was missing the barbs on the stem and could easily come out without them. I contacted the seller and informed them I didn't have to return it but requested a fix. I suggested using JB Weld and they agreed to that or rubber grommet type fix. Problem resolved and I'm looking forward to displaying it on my property.
