    this little thing is amazing

    OK, let's put it straight: $20 for a small item seemed a little steep, but after looking around and finding only BS products that were any cheaper than this I decided to swallow the pill and just bought it. I'm glad I did. I used to put a microphone telescopic boom from Ultimate Support directly onto the microphone mount on the US column keyboard stand. It takes some time to screw that thing on and it's frustrating every time. After a while, despite being careful the mount so cross-threaded that it wouldn't stay on anymore. So I got a new microphone mounting piece and a new boom but if I were to do everything the same way, it would be a matter of time before I would have to replace it all again for another $100. So I got this little thingy. It takes 1 second to put the boom on, and ...

    Vell ootimately...

    Ultimately, it mounts the Mevo exactly in the same spot after every recharge for each livestream. Saves a lot of time on centering, plus it allows for quick Zhiyun handheld shots with a return to the exact position. Straight down with no tilting that comes with other releases I have previously tried. This really is ultimate.
