This is a replacement for the original ergo mx I had for years the left click was double clicking. Was looking at the newest ergo mx S but did not see much difference except for USB C charger port and the really higher price. These are the best roller ball hands down, I have arthritis in my thumbs with the 30 degree till I have no thumb pain using this one.
