It allowed me to return the product and give me a "full" refund, but I was paying shipping for something that didn't last even a day, the paint on the case started peeling from the first day it was used, I won't pay shipping for something that didn't last a day. It doesn't work, that's not giving me back the full money if I put my money on the shipping, no THANK YOU

Item was not as listed never came with all accessories that was said to be included. Also only gave me 4 options to choose from on case size and then when I chose the right one they sent me the wrong one for my MacBook. Also when I asked for my money back after waiting on the item which wasn’t as described and they messed up I was told I would have to pay for my item to be sent back and then would I receive my refund once they received it back. Overall very terrible customer service.
