Good stuff and made in the USA.
This is the right type of dielectric grease for electronics that need to also reduce the heat. I see some car manuals that recommend regular dielectric grease for coating the metal base of a TFI module, but you risk overheating (ruining) that module if you just use regular dielectric grease.

Heat Transfer Compound
I bought this to mount HIGH OUTPUT LED COB Light Panels to Aluminum Heat Sinks, I had tried on with the LED Panel just Screwed to the Heat Sink and the Panel was at 148*F, Put the Transfer Compound on in a thin layer like instructed and mounted the LED PANEL after sliding Back and Forth a couple of times and then lifted off to see if it covered the back of the LED PANEL and then re-attached it with the screws and ran light for 35 minutes and the temperature of the LED PANEL Face was down to 108*F-109*F, So the Mechanical mount was not near as good as with the Compound. The Life of the LED will be Greatly extended since the LED PANEL (50mmx100mm) is kept way down from the Death Temp. of 185*F. This was done at a room temperature of 77*F, So when it is in a Car Hauler Trailer at 105*F Plus ... The Compound is like a thick Grease and should not Harden over Time or Temperature. Some Compounds are not Silicone Based and become Dry or Hard over Time and will Loose the ability to Transfer the Heat like it did when it was New. This should Not Breakdown at all since it is a Silicone Grease Base. Love it, and will help Prolong the LED Panel's life.
