Seller advertised product as new— it was clearly used!! Product box was broken, item had a bad smell to it , like hair products were used on it. Upon return, seller refused to pay for shipping- not even half of the cost!! Would never buy from this seller again. Horrible customer service. It took days for the seller to even respond back!! Very bad attitude—stay away.

Buyer received a new item, but used it and did not like. Policy states that buyer pays for return but they continued to harass me to cover half and threatened a bad review.

VERY UNPLEASANT buying experience. STRIKE 1: Items were supposed to be new-- One tool showed obvious USE AND MODIFICATION. STRIKE 2: BOTH ENDS of the shipping box were NOT SECURED with tape, so the contents arrived falling out of the box.
STRIKE 3: Tool handles and tips, plus item wrapper arrived DAMAGED due to falling out of the loose box ends. Post delivery, seller contacted me asking for feedback revision. YET MADE NO OFFER TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT! Very selfish person.

Hello, originally your complaint was that you did not receive the item when you wanted (although it was shipped on time and arrived in a timely manner) You made no complaint about the tools, and received a brand new set of tools as advertised.
