    Hubby Happy. Me Not So Much.

    Hubby uses these for his AM drink. Good 'pick me up.' I beg to differ. No 'pick me up' feeling for me and I used to use two! Also, they are high in carbohydrates so I don't recommend it that's something your watching (I am!). Try them out for yourself. Everyone has a different tolerance toward caffeine.
