    Not enough tension in the arms

    I purchased this 14" gas shock lift door support for my truck topper rear window. Number1, I think I got a used item. Number2, the lbs tension are not enough to keep up the window if a breeze happens to come around. This is my third try in attempting to replace old window supports. Back to the drawing board.

    Works

    It does not “bottom out”. It is the Exact length as the previous Suspa. It is not 3/8” longer! If you have more “extension length” to play with on your application, the less expensive competitor might be okay. This one works correctly for my camper shell.
