This arrived today in excellent condition.A few things of note as compared to the photos-The feedback loop resistors are different (higher gain).Extra resistors are in series with the volume control wipers and the input capacitors are a different value.The volume control is shipped detached from the board.You should check the +/- voltages with the IC removed and clean the solder flux from the board before use.All in all though, it is very nice and is recommended.
