Shipped same day in a cardboard box, no packing is perfect and unfortunately the post office fell down on this one. Regardless, seller was offered a full refund, replacement, or partial refund for the damage. Buyer never contacted us prior to leaving feedback, just let us know if there is an issue and we will take care of it.
