Retro big clip earrings.. arrived with loose clip,unable to wear, advised seller who suggested it was my fault!!!?agreed to refund only when I reordered more earrings ? poor practise as I didn’t need anymore? Several txts later , told to re package and return… All this for There faulty earring £4.99?? Considering I had purchased approx 15 pairs over several months already, I find this company very poor and far behind E bay standards…
