WEN Generator started easily once all preparations were done. One bad thing due to the Manufacturer, is they installed the generator shipping brackets soooo tight, a car lug nut impact wrench was needed. Tools included, but they would not budge the bolts. Fulfillment by Amazon, poor tracking of the item. Seller receives 2 thumbs up plus any 5 stars I can provide. My offer asked for a wheel kit. Seller is providing a partial refund because they do not have wheel and handle kits.Excellent Seller!

As it turned out, my mechanic gave me incorrect info on the model of the driveshaft that I needed to buy. So, after I ordered the part, I no longer needed it.
The seller was a pleasure to work with. The part came fast and shipping was free. When I told the seller that I couldn't use the part, he was very understanding and gracefully offered to reject it upon arrival. Within a week the full cost of the part ($266) was refunded. I never opened the box so I have no opinion of the item. Thank you!
