    Religious Signing by Elaine Costello

    After first reading and learning from "Signing: how to speak with your hands" by Elaine Costello, I was highly motivated to buy Religious Signing. Not only does Ms. Costello give you pictures to see what the sign is, but describes them in detail! Some signs have different meanings in different religions, Ms. Costello gives you each of them. With Religious Signing, you will also get a short background of the sign! In Signing, Ms. Costello begins with the background of sign language, and how the hearing should view it. With Religious Signing, you read about the Churches influence on Sign Language. I highly recommend this book, and her book Signing as well! Won't regret it.

    After using several signing books, this is my favorite!

    If you are interested in learning signing for Religious events, this is the perfect book to begin and expand your learning. I have purchased serveral books in my intense study for learning to sign for our Deaf Church Ministry. This book is just what I have been looking for.     Religious Signing by Elaine Costello

    This book is simple and easy to use. The pictures and description of how to move your hands to sign each word is easily understood. I especially like "THe Lord's Prayer in the back of the book so you can learn the entire prayer in sign. The index makes it easy to find a specific signed word. I am learning alot of sign from it.

    Excellent Resource

    We have been using sign language with our outreach ministry for about a year now. This book has made it easier since it has signs in it that the other book doesn't (that is, related to Christianity). I am thouroughly enjoying Religious Signing.

    Wonderful Book! (Different Copy in Photo Than the One I Recieved, but That's Ok.) Thank you So Much For Selling Such a Great Book at a Great Price! I Recommend This To Anyone Who Does Any Sort of Signing for Their Church Because It Has Signs In It You Cannot Find in the ASL Dictionary; ie: Holy Ghost, Apostolic, Sanctify, & Psalm. Things of the Like. I Do Not Have Any Dislikes & Is A Great Pair With the ASL Dictionary. Again, Thanks.
